Religion and Culture
We will gather information in advance as part of pre-admission planning on religious and cultural needs of the individuals. We train staff to be considerate and show creativity in widening awareness of religious and cultural beliefs of residents, promoting tolerance and respect in doing so.
We encourage young people to explore and fully understand their rights in this aspect and be well informed about ways of challenging discrimination. We also ask they respect other people’s rights, encouraging an inclusive and non-discriminatory environment in which they can flourish.
